At the end of the installation routine, the install program tries to load the actions into Photoshop automatically. The program may not be successful if you currently have multiple versions of Photoshop installed on your system. The installation program depends upon the file associations that are part of the operating system and if the action files are associated with another version of Photoshop, or any other application for that mater, they will not install properly.
The solution is to manually load the actions.
To manually load the actions, open Photoshop and navigate to the Actions Palette. Click on the fly out menu on the Actions Palette and select Load Actions...
The actions were copied to Photoshops Actions folder. To find this folder look for Greeting Card Designer V4.atn in...
Windows: c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Actions\
Mac: ..Applications\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Actions\
