Just about every issue that cropped up in previous versions was with the installation routines and not with the actions themselves.
Considering how easy action are to load into photoshop, I have removed all installation programs which should simplify the installation process greatly. In addition, since the actions will no longer be embedded in an executable installation program, it will be easier to back up your Greeting Card Designer files.
